Chapter 6: Oracles

"No human can have visions without pain," the male Oracle said arrogantly.

"BULLSHIT!" Innocent yelled. "I am human and I am a seer and I do not have pain with my visions. Now fix it or I swear I will fix you!"

"Who are you?" the female asked. He started to use his old name and then he stopped.

"My name is Innocent Winter Rayne," he said icily. "And I know for a fact you are full of such shit it isn't funny. Now, fix them or get Fixed. I don't care which!"

"I-In-Innocent?" the male stammered. Wesley raised an eyebrow.

"Are you deaf? Do I need to shout it?" he growled. "My. Name. Is. Inn-o-cent. Win-ter. Rayne. Now, Fix them or pay but I swear before I let you go, you Will do as I say."

"Yes, Innocent," the female said demurely. Wesley looked at Giles baffled. His real name had them doing what they should have done in the first place. Who knew? Certainly not him.

The oracles looked at Cordy and Doyle and waved their hands and the pain vanished from their faces. Wesley turned on the Oracles again before releasing them.

"If you EVER do this again, I will know. The very air will tell me, and I will come after you. Is That clear?"

"Y-yes," the female said in a tiny voice. Wesley nodded and released them. Walking over to Cordy and Doyle to see how they were, he smiled down on them. The insecure child was gone now. Wesley as he should have been was coming more and more to the surface. His anger at the Oracles ahd touched yet another part of him that was hidden. The Oracles were afraid of him. Doyle loved it. So did Cordy. Finally, those snobs were getting what was coming to them.

Wesley looked up as Tara fell into the office. She had been out for a walk. She looked at them and her eyes were fear filled.

"Willow is coming," she said in a tiny voice. She and Buffy are not happy that everyone left them alone in Sunnydale.

"Tough shit," Giles said. But he was getting prepared nonetheless. This was not going to be pleasant.
