Author's note 2: I use single quotes to denote thoughts.
"Tell me again why all of you are coming to Sunnydale with me?" Cordelia asked.
"You had a vision about Anya and Xander," Fred answered. "You said you needed to talk to them face to face. Then Wesley said he didn't want you to go alone. Charles and I asked asked if we could come along because we've never been to Sunnydale, and we'd like to meet everyone there."
"So what's the big?" Gunn asked. "You had a vision. That means there's demons to fight."
"Not this time," Wesley said.
"So what then?" Fred asked. "Why go?"
"Xander and Anya are getting married soon, and I saw him leaving her at the altar. I have to talk to him. I can't let him break her heart."
"Okay," Gunn said. "But why not just do it over the phone?"
"It's just a feeling."

He would never be able to explain it later, but Giles had a sudden urge to travel back to Sunnydale. He didn't call to find out if anything was wrong. He just packed his things and headed for the airport. It never occurred to him that someone or something might be manipulating him.

A tall red haired man watched and smiled as Rupert Giles boarded his flight to Sunnydale. Soon everyone would be there, and he could begin.

The Magic Box was bursting with customers. Some wanted spells to win back their lovers. Others wanted curses. Still more wanted a way to find a new love.
Anya was pleased with this turn of events. It kept her mind off Xander and brought in lots of money. If she couldn't have Xander, then cash would do.
As the first rush of customers left, Anya tried to busy herself with cleaning the shop. Her thoughts kept drifting to Xander. She hadn't meant to hurt him, but he'd asked her to be honest. So she told him she was scared and wasn't sure if she really wanted to get married. She didn't remember much after that, except the yelling and throwing things. Now she was alone.
She was preparing for another wave of customers when she heard the bell ring. "Welcome to the Magic Box. . ." She looked up and froze.
"Hello, Anya."
"You said I could have the store. You said you weren't coming back."
Giles smiled. "I know, Anya. I'm not here to take back the shop."
"So why are you here?" she asked.
"Actually, I'm not sure. I just had a sudden urge to come to Sunnydale."
