Giles just sat there for a minute to get a feel of it. He must have been totally desperate to be in this room. He is a good looking guy, and could have anyone he wanted. The person he wanted the most wasn't there, so he sat there and watched as the conversation unfolded.
Jaded_Dragon: What brings you here, SexKitten?
SexKitten69:Just looking to meet new people.
LonelyHearts: Join the unlucky in love club
IcePrincess: Speak for yourself, I have a man!
ruffrider: then why are you here?
IcePrincess: shrugs
Candyrain: so how was your last relationship
Sexkitten69: It went straight to hell literally. I think I will just stay single.
Jaded_Dragon: just because you had one bad relationship, doesn't mean you should give up. There is probably another guy or girl out there for you.
Buffy thought about that for a minute. There was only one guy she
wanted to be with, but he is in another country. That shouldn't stop
you from getting what you want, she thought.
TenderlyRipped: Jaded is right, there is someone out there for you.

Giles thought for a second. How should he answer that? He didn't
want to go into the whole Buffy saga. He just wanted her.
TenderlyRipped: I don't have a story, just trying to get my mind off
of someone.
Jade_Dragon: someone special, someone who did you wrong, or someone you can't have?
Buffy thought about her last relationship with Jean Luc. He was so
nice in the beginning, then he became possesive. come to find out,
he was a cephalopod demon. She had to slay him, boy did she ever
feel good after that.
Growing weary of of the group chat, she sent a private message to
Tenderlyripped.
Giles was surprised when the message box popped up. He thought no one would notice he was gone. The message peaked his curiosity so he engaged in the conversation.
SexKitten69: so is she someone special
TenderlyRipped: um, she is a remarkable person, but unattainable
SexKitten69: is she seeing someone? in another country?
TenderlyRipped: she was seeing someone, and she lives in another country.
SexKitten69: so where are you?
TenderlyRipped: I am in London to be exact
SexKitten69: I've been there before, but it rained to much. I live in Rome
He sat there for a millisecond. She was in Rome, that is where Buffy
is. It couldn't be her. She has tons of guys after her, he thought.
Sexkitten69: so do you want to get to know me?
Buffy knew she was being straightforward, but life is short. If she
can't have Giles someone else would have to do until then. It
wouldn't be the same, but it beats being lonely.
Giles was in shock! This unknown girl wants to get to know him. Maybe he could take a chance. If you can't be with the one you love, then try something else until you can.
TenderlyRipped: that would be quite lovely.
