Hi guys, I wrote this for wenchie, She thought you guys might like it ;-) so here it is.

"Look at him"

"Who?"

"Giles"

"Where?"

"There, Look!"

At the urging of her best friend, Buffy turned her head and looked towards the ocean. There was Giles. Shirtless, Tanned, toned, and laughing whole-heartedly at Dawn and Tara ganging up on Ayna and Xander in the water. He was wearing swim trunks, black, slick, tight. And no shirt. The hair covering his chest reflected the rays of the sun, highlighting his healthy, fit body.

Laying in her bikini, Buffy sat up on her elbows and tilted her head forward slightly, to look over the rim of her sunglasses at Giles.

"Wow! When did he get here. And, since when does he look like that?!"

"About 10 minutes ago and sense like, forever! " Willow said with a shy smile as the girls watched the sun glistening off the watchers bronzed skin. His muscles flexed and pulled tightly across his body as he chased after Xander, grabbing the Frisbee from him and sent it flying in the air towards Dawn and Tara.

"OK, now Buffy!"

"What? No!"

"what do you mean no? Yes! Go! Now! before you chicken out!"

"Will, Forget it! "

"Buffy, Giles is here! And, he's in a good mood! Go!"

"Will, I cant! He doesn't feel the same. How could he?"

"What are you talking about?! Buffy, Giles loves you!"

"Well, yeah as a-"

"No! No he doesn't! He...Never mind-"

"Oh no! He what? What Will?"

"Nothing-"

"If you love me, you'll tell me!"

"Oh your good!"

Smiling brightly, Buffy sat up.

"I know. So..what?he what?"

"Giles loves you Buffy. Anyone with eyes can see that!"

"But not-"

"Yes! As a man not a father. Buffy, Giles has always taken care of you, watched out for you and even when you ignored him, he was there-"

"Great, lets bring up that highlight of my life as often as possibly shall we?"

"Sorry. But, He does Buffy. I can see it. Xander can see it. Hell even Spike sees it!"

"I don't want to hurt him Willow.And I will. I always do!"

"Buffy, not everything is your fault. And you and Giles deserve some happiness. You-"

Willow was cut off as Giles, who was jumping up for the Frisbee, didn't realize how close he was to them, came crashing down on top of the two. His legs laid over Willows tummy as the back of his head landed on Buffy's thigh.

"Oh God Giles?! Are you all right?!" Buffy's voice was laced with concern as Xander approached them and grinned.

"Nice move G-man. Can we see that one again?In slow motion?"

"Oh, Sod off Xander!" Giles voice was teasing as Xander busted out in laughter and took the Frisbee. Dawn,Tara,Willow and Ayna were all smiles as they went after Xander, leaving Buffy and Giles to themselves.

Watcher and Slayer could here Ayna asking the group..."So, you think they will become orgasm buddies finally?"

Groaning in frustration at Anya's bluntness, Giles swallowed hard as turned his head and looked at Buffy. She was grinning at him as her sunglasses fell down her nose a little, showing off her beautiful gray eyes. Eyes he always found himself lost in.

"Are you OK?" She asked. Her voice more than a little husky. Giles was so close to her, in fact, he was practically laying on her, and still, he made no attempt to run. Maybe he did think of her as a woman and not..well, not what she was thinking.

"Yes. Thank you."

"Good"

For a few moments they were silent as Giles' breathing never quiet seemed to get back to normal. It was then he realized where his head was.

"Oh, dear. I-I'm sorry Buffy, I -"

As he went to move, he was stopped by Buffy's hand to his chest.

"Giles?"

"Yes?"

"I have to...tell you something"

"All right. Sounds serious"

"It is." Buffy removed her hand from Giles' chest and he sat up, leaning on one hand, close to her.

"I'm listening. What is it?"

Sighing, Buffy lowered her yes and looked at her hands.

"This is...difficult."

"Buffy..." Giles slid his finger under her chin and lifted it so he could see her face."You can tell me anything. Anytime. You know this. I'm here for you". Smiling, Buffy leaned forward and gently laid a kiss to her watchers lips. Her hands tangling in his hair ,holding him to the kiss.

Giles was so stunned, he didn't react at first. But when he felt her lips moving against his, tasting and exploring, Giles started to return the kiss. Soon, both were breathless and had to pull away for air.

"Was that what was bothering you ?"

"Well, not bothering me but, yeah. I didn't know how to tell you that I love you Giles. And not, as a daughter. But as a woman."

"I love you as well Buffy.I always have."

"You have?"

"Of course I have*

"And you never told me?!"

"Well, you never told me"

"But, that's different!"

"It is not!"

"Yes it is!"

"No it is not!"

"Giles--"

Buffy was pleasantly cut off as Giles laid a passionate kiss to her lips. After several long moments, Giles and Buffy pulled away, grinning at one another.

"Don't think that's going to shut me up everytime-"

Once again Giles kissed her as Buffy giggled and pulled him down on her, mumbling.. "Well, Maybe it will".
