#16 - The Coma Challenge

When Buffy jumped at the end of Season 5, the rift was closed but she didn't die.
She was in a coma, and everything in season 6 & 7 was part
of a nightmare that Buffy was
experiencing in her coma.
She comes out of it, how much time has gone past is up to you
(a few days to 2 years).
Requirements/Considerations:
*Dawn is real, Tara is alive, Joyce is dead and Riley is gone
*a "no-whining" Dawn
*Deal with Spike however you wish
*when Buffy wakes up Giles is there asleep in a chair holding her hand
or he is talking to her while smoothing her hair
*Giles wearing a pink shirt
*give Giles a middle name that Buffy thinks is cute
*have Buffy wake up on or near Giles' birthday
*happy BG ending of course :)
Bonus Points:
*have Cordelia, Lorne and/or Wesley come to town to help
*Giles' parents come to town have them to be wonderful, loving parents with a strong,
happy marriage, have Giles' dad be an older version of Giles and his mother be a strong,
independent, somewhat sarcastic but caring woman
